Washington D.C. agrees to pay $93,506.62 in attorneys' fees in Taser case

"Defendants will pay Plaintiffs ’attorney fees in the amount of $93,506.62 ,plus $615.17 of expenses." Read the notice here.

This was a case that was filed in D.C. District Court where the D.C. government decided to not fight and instead is fixing its unconstitutional law. As you know, we have a Taser case pending in New Jersey District Court right now. Wonder what it is going to cost New Jersey?

Good job George Lyon. What an excellent result!
