DC Court Denies Bump Stock Preliminary Injunction

Today, we received the following memorandum opinion denying Codrea, et al's Motion for Preliminary Injunction in the challenge to the bump stock regulation promulgated by the ATF. It is rather disappointing to see the government continue to ignore the plain text of the Second Amendment, yet here we are. Instead, we are left with an agency that for over ten years has ruled one way, then the winds of change blow, and it rules a different way. Today, we lost a little more of our freedoms secured by our Constitution.
