Stephen D. Stamboulieh is a native of Houston, Texas.  He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2002 in Business Administration and earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2007.  He has represented plaintiffs and defendants in Chancery, Circuit and the federal courts in Mississippi and in other federal courts across the country.  His practice has focused on firearms law, employment law and corporate law.   


    Stephen currently practices in Madison, Mississippi.  He is licensed in the following courts:


  • State and federal courts in Mississippi;

  • Northern District of Texas;

  • Washington, D.C. District Court;

  • Second, Third, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, Ninth & District of Columbia Circuit Courts of Appeals;

  • United States Court of Federal Claims;

  • Northern District of New York; and

  • the United States Supreme Court.
