Another "NICS appeal" failure lawsuit filed today...

Today we filed a case against Loretta Lynch, in her official capacity, and the United States of America for a client who, although convicted of a crime, received both a Certificate of Rehabilitation and a full and unconditional gubernatorial pardon from the State of California. He attempted to purchase a firearm and was denied, despite the FBI already having this information in its system. As the "appeals" process with NICS slows to a halt, people are left with no choice but to vindicate their rights in court.
