New Jersey stun gun ban is officially dead.

As of yesterday, the Consent Order in New Jersey Second Amendment Society & Mark Cheeseman v. Porrino has executed and the ban on electronic arms has been declared unconstitutional and unenforceable.

The Attorney General of New Jersey put out his guidance to various law enforcement as to how New Jersey will implement the Order. Click here to read it. Congratulations are in order to the citizens of New Jersey as they now have additional options with which to defend themselves and their loved ones.
