First Amended Complaint filed in Umbert, et al. v. USA, et al.

After filing the first complaint, we have received multiple letters from plaintiffs letting us know that now the FBI is not allowing appeals for NFA items. So, we amended the complaint, added three additional plaintiffs, and documentation which demonstrate that the plaintiffs due process rights are being violated (among other rights...).
