Today the Report of Trial was released in the Devin Kelley Air Force FOIA lawsuit.

Today I received information responsive to a FOIA I filed on behalf of journalist David Codrea for "all releasable information on Devin Patrick Kelley." Initially, the Air Force denied the FOIA and the FBI joined in the Air Force's denial. Shortly after the denial, I filed suit on Mr. Codrea's behalf in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia.
