New York Taser/Stun Gun Case - Plaintiff's Expert Reports Filed
On March 30, 2018, we submitted the expert reports of Mike Brave, Mark Kroll and Robert Nance in the New York Taser/Stun Gun litigation. They are attached for your review.
The Defendant (New York) has 45 days to submit its expert reports and then we have 15 days to rebut its proposals. This is one of the few Second Amendment cases that will have a well-developed record should we go up on appeal because most are litigated at a summary judgment level with no discovery and no expert reports.
Up next, my co-counsel (Alan Beck) and I will be filing in Hawaii against its stun gun/Taser ban.
