ATF answers complaint in NFATCA FOIA case

Here is the ATF's answer in the NFATCA FOIA case. We are currently working on a production schedule for the ATF to produce records. They've proposed 5 (yes, FIVE) dates for production. Can there really be that many records? Only time will tell. We should have a production schedule filed tomorrow.
