Meet Stephen D. Stamboulieh
Principal Attorney
Stephen D. Stamboulieh is a nationwide litigator focusing on constitutional law, Second Amendment advocacy, and corporate litigation. A native of Houston, Texas, Stephen earned his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern Mississippi and his Juris Doctorate from the Mississippi College School of Law.
What began as a dedicated regional practice has expanded into a powerhouse federal litigation firm. Today, Stephen serves as trusted legal counsel for major national firearms advocacy groups, spearheading federal lawsuits against unlawful regulatory overreach.
Licensed in approximately 34 federal courts—including the United States Supreme Court and every federal appellate circuit in the nation—Stephen brings unyielding trial and appellate experience to every case he takes.
