New Jersey requests 30 day extension, gets 15.

Today the Court granted, in part, New Jersey's second request for an extension of time to respond to the Taser complaint we filed back in August. You can read the Order here. NJ filed their request last Friday at 7PM. It is basically requested another 30 days to develop legal theories. We responded that nothing is really going to change, and they should just have to answer the Complaint. You'll note in our response the Hollis v. Lynch machinegun case. The Fifth Circuit in Hollis addressed the Supreme Court's opinion in Caetano. You can read our response here. NJ's response is due on November 10, 2016.
