Today we filed a Petition for Rehearing, en banc, in the Third Circuit Court of Appeals

On May 18, 2016, the Third Circuit Court of Appeals held that the Second Amendment does not protect a machinegun, despite the Supreme Court's holding in Heller that the Second Amendment extends, prima facie, to all bearable arms. Today, we filed a Petition for Rehearing, en banc, for the Third Circuit to revisit the issue and cited the appropriate cases. The Petition is here.
